Advanced Thyroid Professional	$150*	US and International	An advanced thyroid professional such as Nurse Practitioner, Registered Nurse, Physician Assistant, Doctors of Pharmacy or other non-physician healthcare provider that specialize in treating thyroid patients. Advanced Thyroid Professionals are eligible for Active membership. Early Career Members - Active	$249	North America and International	Early Career members are those that have completed their training program or postdoctoral fellowship in the last 5 years and would qualify for Active membership. Early Career Active Members are not eligible to vote. Applicants must provide training program dates with application. Early Career Members - Corresponding	$70	International Only (excluding Canada)	Early Career members are those that have completed their training program or postdoctoral fellowship in the last 5 years and would qualify for Corresponding membership. Early Career Active Members are not eligible to vote. Applicants must provide training program dates with application.
